Spending Reports
As part of the government’s commitment to improve the transparency of how public funds are used, central government is required to publish all expenditure over £25,000.
HM Treasury has confirmed this requirement applies to all NHS bodies and as such the ICB must publish all expenditure invoices over £25,000 on a monthly basis.
Salary payments to staff are excluded from the scope of these disclosures, as are any invoices that are protected under the Data Protection Act.
