World Mental Health Day (10th October) - What's happening in Wirral

Thursday 10th October marks World Mental Health Day, a day to raise awareness of mental health issues and how to support those around you, be they family, friends, colleagues or acquaintances.

The theme for World Mental Health Day this year is suicide prevention. The 'Every Mind Matters' campaign, a joint campaign between Public Health England and the NHS, also launched this week, encouraging adults to be more aware of their mental health and help them discover simple steps to look after their mental health and wellbeing.
